Amenities at Vavaghio are comfortable and minimalistic, equipped with everything you need for the perfect tropical getaway. Our two Vavaghio guest houses are constructed from a sago leaf roof and walls with wooden, matted floors. Each has a bedroom with four single beds or two doubles, if preferred, and all the beds have mosquito nets. Bedroom linen is provided to all guests and each bungalow is equipped with ample lighting and a 240v electric socket (NZ/Aussie – style) for charging your camera, laptop or iPod.
There is also a large covered veranda with table and chairs, to enjoy the balmy mornings and evenings. There is a large communal guest building with lounge, dining area, kitchen and office, and also a clean toilet and shower block with modern amenities. The shower runs cold water only, but the water is normally tepid, and with warm/hot air temperatures you'll be glad for a cool shower!
One of our guests' favourite places to sit, or relax or sleep is in the open-air bungalow at the end of the jetty.
